| How to order - small orders All you have to do is to mention items size, color, quantity and any customization, if requested. I will reply with an offer inclusive of shipping by air mail registered and Paypal payment. Once you pay, the order will be placed at the factory. Manufacturing time can vary from a minimum of 3 days to a maximum of 10 days. rdering and shipping How to order - large orders If the gear has to be manufactured, it takes between 1 week to 10 days for large orders (50 pcs or more) except for MUAYTHAI, which may takes up to 4 weeks for custom-made orders. A 50% deposit is required to start processing any order. Please refer to FAQ page for further details. Payment information Payment is always in advance and in full. For large orders, a 50% deposit is required to start manufacturing. I accept payment by Paypal (+ 4% extra to cover their fees) or moneybookers.com (+ 4% extra). Shipping general information I ship by Royal Thai Post registered with A.R. (advice of receipt). EMS, couriers, surface mail or SAL (economic air mail) are also available upon request. Custom Taxes & Import Restrictions In addition to shipping charges, you may be subject to custom import duties and sales taxes, which are levvied once the shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance might be also levvied and must be borne by you. Customs policies and import regulations changes from country to country and from time to time; please contact your local customs office for updated information. The seller is not responsible for any problem arising at your country's Customs. It is your responsibility to obtain correct and updated information before importing goods. Warning: USA and many EU countries have strict regulations regarding the importation of textiles (T-shirts, shorts) from Asian countries. Same scenario applies to boxing creams and liniments, subject to FDA approvals and regulations if imported in bulk. Please do your homework before ordering big volumes. Returned items All items are checked by me personally, one by one, before being packed and shipped. Therefore, it is very unlikely you'll ever find any defective item, or any item not exactly as you ordered it. However, I'm willing to substitute any damaged item with a new one of the same kind once it is send back to me for inspection. Apart from this, all orders are to be considered final. Privacy policy I do not share any customer's information with outside parties. I use return email addresses to answer the email I receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
