| How to order - small orders All you have to do is mention item's size, color, quantity and any specification, if needed. I will reply with an offer inclusive of shipping. If you accept the offer, I will contact the manufacturer. The gear either is in stock already, or it has to be ordered at the factory. This may take a maximum of 7 working days, possibly more if the factory is overloaded with orders and there is a queue or on national holidays. rdering and shipping Wholesale orders If the gear has to be manufactured, it may take a maximum of 20 days for big orders (100 pcs or more) except for MUAYTHAI, which takes four to six weeks (average) as everything is hand-made. A 50% deposit is required to start processing any rder. Please refer to FAQ page for further details. Payment information Payment is always in advance and in full. For large orders, a 50% deposit is required to start manufacturing. I accept payment by Paypal (+ 4% extra to cover their fees) or moneybookers.com (+ 3,5% extra). Shipping general information If you pay by Paypal, I will ship by Fedex or Royal Thai Post EMS ONLY. This is to ensure you can track the parcel by yourself online and to avoid chargebacks from Paypal. Please note that I will not ship by other means if you use Paypal. Custom Taxes & Import Restrictions In addition to shipping charges, you may be subject to custom duties and sales taxes, which are levied once the shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance might be also levied and must be borne by you. Customs policies and import regulations changes from country to country and from time to time; please contact your local customs office for updated information. We are not responsible for any problem arising at your country's Customs. It is your responsibility to obtain correct and updated information from your local custom office before importing the goods. Warning: USA and many EU countries have strict regulations regarding thw importation of textiles (T-shirts, shorts) from Asian countries. Same scenario applies to boxing creams and liniments, subject to FDA approvals and regulations if imported in bulk. Please do your home work before ordering big volumes. Returned items All items are checked by me personally, one by one, before being packed and shipped. Therefore, it is very unlikely you'll ever find any defective item, or any item not as you ordered it. However, I'm willing to substitute any damaged item with a new one of the same kind once it is send back to me for inspection. Apart from this, all orders are to be considered final. Privacy policy I do not share any customer's information with outside parties. I use return email addresses to answer the email I receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, I have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information collected on line. |
